Users and permissions

Levels of access

In Klarity, each user can have one of two levels of access:

  • either Full access, where the user has access to all Klarity features, and all the onboarded data:

Full access

  • or Restricted access, where the user has access to particular applications, and can only see the costs, environments, and resources for those applications:

Restricted access

A user with Restricted access cannot modify the mapping rules, and cannot add new applications.

How to give access

In Klarity, in the main menu, if you are a Klarity user who has Full access, you can give access to Klarity to a second user by adding the email address of that second user in Users and Permissions:
