Levels of access
In Klarity, each user can have one of two levels of access:
- either
Full access
, where the user has access to all Klarity features, and all the onboarded data:
- or
Restricted access
, where the user has access to particular applications, and can only see the costs, environments, and resources for those applications:
A user with Restricted access cannot modify the mapping rules, and cannot add new applications.
How to give access
In Klarity, in the main
menu, if you are a Klarity user who has Full access
, you can give access to Klarity to a second user by adding the email address of that second user in Users and Permissions
